Listening to Communities Project
This project is all about listening to what you have to say about Health and Care services in Cumbria. We want to know what works well for you and also what could be done better.
Cumbria Local Involvement Network (LINk) is an independent organisation set up by the government to make sure that Health and Care Managers take peoples' views in to account when planning services.
Cumbria LINk is working in partnership with Cumbria Mental Health Group, Howgill Family Centre, Cumbria Youth Alliance, Barnardo's and Cumbria CVS to encourage as many people as possible to tell us what they think about the services they use.
You can tell us your views by completing the questions on our web site.

Cumbria LINk will not be able to respond to or act on every comment they receive, but where a number of people report the same problems, Cumbria LINk will investigate further and let you know what happens. You will need to leave your contact details if you want to be kept informed. Cumbria LINk also report on their work through a regular newsletter, so if you prefer not to leave your name you can find out what work the Cumbria LINk is doing through the newsletter.
It will help us if you can tell us as much as you can about the service you are commenting on, for example what it was and where it was.
Cumbria LINk can influence change but it's your views that will make that happen.
Please use this opportunity to talk to us about your experiences
